"We got a room on the third floor with an ocean view. Its a spacious room with a decent sized king bed. It didnt have any funky smells or questionable stains and it was clean. There are some minor maintenance issues to attend to like some chipped paint under the window or the missing window screen, but other then that it was a perfect little stay for our mini vacation."

"Great view and easy beach access less than a block away! Room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. Heated pool was nice and outside area with firepits was cute. Breakfast buffet was decent and evening cookies was a great touch for the kids! Only negative was very poor shower water pressure. Definitely will stay again. "

"Straight forward hotel, at a great price its a walking distance from the beach and a great place to stay if you’re wanting affordability, continental breakfast, clean/safe rooms to recover in after a long day exploring Newport. Highly recommended and quite possibly my top choice for stays in Newport! "
