It was ok, but had difficulties checking at the hotel

Bad Experience
Posted 11 Mar 2020 on HotelsThis place is NOT worth a dime of what you pay, rooms are not clean, bathrooms cracks, roaches and the services are the worst I have encountered in my entire travel history. After traveling all day and arrived the hotel at 1am in the morning, I requested for water to give to my 11months old baby at 1 am and the receptionist replied this is not a 5 star hotel, I had to go out of the hotel in the dark to buy water.
The following day, when we returned from our town visit, our rooms were not cleaned, we requested for towels to shower, the receptionist said they can not give us any towels, that they had none left. After I called Hotels.com customer service and they communicated with the hotel, towels were brought to our rooms.
Although the hotel has a nice location, I do not advice anyone to book this hotel, the cleaning is bad, the services are horrible. There is no supervisor in the building for complains.

Decent hotel for Yaounde.
Posted 8 Aug 2018 on HotelsIt’s a good well priced hotel for YDE.
I’ve been staying here on and off for 7 years. Located centrally and easy to get around town . Hotel has private taxis if you need them too. Breakfast ok but even though I always book a double room for me and my daughter, the hotel always insist only one breakfast is included. Very strange by western standards . Overall very good.

Yaounde hotel
Posted 25 Feb 2018Good location, staff friendly there is a restaurant on fifth floor with a terrace. Good place to breakfast, evening meal and work. WiFi tempremntal.

Pathetic hotel
Posted 15 Oct 2017 on HotelsExtremely disappointing experience. The room was dirty and there were cockroaches in my room. Inspite of paying equivalent of of a Deluxe room I was given a small shabby room. The fault was equally from Hotels.com side also.
