Not all services are available as advertised.
Posted 30 Nov 2019 on HotelsEverything is good except some services are not exactly as advertised. I see that SPA is open till 2:00AM, but not all advertised spa services are available till 2:00AM. Foot Massage services aren't available when I called at 00:12.

Snow storm night with a good sleep
Posted 9 Dec 2018 on HotelsI did not catch my flight after 8-hour’s drive due to a snow storm. I aarived around midnight and with a speedy check in, I got to my room and had a good night sleep. The reception got me a taxi for the next morning ride to the airport. It was not my first stay at this hotel, and I will for sure come back because I enjoy my stay here.
