Posted 27 Mar 2020 on HotelsWonderful stay with very attentive and friendly staff. Due to Covid-19 we were forced to stay an extra week until we were able to get a flight out and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
Restaurant, bar and cafe had a lovely range of food and beverages and everything was very clean and hygienic. Our temperature was checked every time we entered the hotel and hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the building.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet at the ground floor had a wide range of food to choose from which was amazing. Staff quickly came to help And explained about the food which was really helpful.

Urgently improve
Posted 28 Jan 2020 on HotelsI'm unhappy with the way to verify my credit card for deposit but the hotel not yet unblocked the amount for me once I checked out. I've to wait for 10 days for bank process. If deposit's policy is only credit card, they should action to unblock card once checking out.
