Dreadful

Shockingly bad hotel. Rooms smelt of damp. The atmosphere was very Smokey throughout. Staff were inattentive at breakfast. Couldn’t care less attitude.

Bad Wi-Fi connection in the room (Room 507)

Pros: Centrally located
Cons: Wi-Fi connection in room Room 507 and other room in the corners. They need to engage a Consultant to do a study and improve the situation!
Location: Near to Singapore Embassy and "Market Place" shopping mall.
The internet connection was good in the main lobby BUT terrible and upsetting in Room 507. Signal was weak and often time no connection at all! A very bad Wi-Fi unfriendly experience!

Wifi is really bad compared to other hotel

Pros: Easy to communicate and shopping store downstairs
Cons: WIFI is terrible . It is connected but not working at all.

Pros: Nice friendly people
Cons: Breakfast. Rooms in dire need of renovation
Decent sized clean room. Poor breakfast with limited choice and little for western tastes. Not a great location for the sights.
