The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, I had a positive experience at the hotel. Two slight downsides - the internet in the room is not very strong/irregular. However, if you take a call in the dining room or the lobby, it is strong/consistent. Also, I was there during rainy season, so the carpeting in the hotel room gives off a stale smell. Besides those two things, its okay. The breakfast is very good, the gym is very very nice.

Ideal for the airport, not really anything to do in the area though.Pick from the airport and check in very good.
Room a good size but didn't seem properly prepared, only one tea bag and no coffee. Only one dressing gown and half a bottle of shower gel in the bathroom.
Worst of all water in the bathroom was cold, not great start to a day when your going to be travelling for 23 hours to get home.

Do not stay here - mold and rats
Posted 30 Dec 2018 on HotelsUnder no circumstance should you stay here. There is an overwhelming smell of mold when you walk in the lobby and the rooms are even worse. The walls are stained with water damage, the carpet stained and moldy. The bathroom unusable. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in. When we left the receptionist asked why followed by “did you see a rat?” this property clearly has a vermin issue. The moldy condition of the hotel worries me for the health of the staff. Oh and the hotel did not offer a refund.
Hotels.com should remove this property from their website ASAP!

Awesome service. Staff were very kind and helpful.
We stayed on the first floor and the rooms were a bit damp. Breakfast buffet could use a little more variety and offer more beverages.
Would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Sound insulation is poor
Posted 26 Jun 2017Totally this hotel is nice. But the room sound insulation is poor, so we should hear the neighbors voice when they are talking in the phone.
