An amazing hotel with wonderful staff

I stayed at Pullman Centrepoint hotel from 1/31/20 through 2/6/20. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there from the moment I checked in to the minute I walked out. The check in was a breeze. Every staff member was friendly and helpful as well as professional and efficient at the same time. The property was relatively new, so it was very clean. Facilities and amenities are of good quality. Food was plenty and fresh. I am usually hard to be pleased, but this hotel is an exception. Also, I feel obligated to mention the name of a staff. It was no one else but Harry, who upgraded my room to a premium deluxe. It was a corner room on the 11th with breathtaking views. I will surely come back. Please keep up the good work!

This is my 2nd Stay at Pullman. All is OK. ONLY is the Bathroom...I Did comment on the Bidet at the Toilet Bowl. Still it is not Available. I Shld say Most Hotel Have Attached Bidet next to the Toilet Bowl...LoL. But Sadly Pullman dont Have. All others From Service to Food..GOOD. OH...Would like to Comment on This MARK(the concierges i think) he is a Great Help to the Guest. My Wife likes Him as he is REally Helpful towards Her.Even helping her to Advise n Suggest Booking a Car to Ferry my IN-LAWS n my Family in 1 car instead of 2 cars. Thanks to this Mark. Other than the Bidet All is Good for me. Will return back to stay if B'fast is in the Package....Hahahaha... Julian Ng

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Yangon. Walkable to many places and easy to catch a taxi or take a Grab anywhere. Fantastically comfortable beds and facilities in the room. A lovely pool and very nice gym. Breakfast while delicious is a little pricy but convenient.

Terrible attitude and service.

Our family got food poisioning at the hotel after eating their food. The hot water served was yellow and the hotel staff tried to cover it up by saying that the pot in which the water was served in a coffee pot, hence the discoloured water was due to coffee stains, and it isn't dirty water. There was no effort in owning the responsibility, instead, we were made to sign a disclaimer. This shows that the hotel tried to shirk all responsibility. Terrible service from a reputable hotel chain. The room I booked was supposed to have the river view and have executive lounge access, but it was not delivered as promised. A horrible amd disappointing stay at Pullman. I would never recommend anyone to stay in Pullman ever.

Truly amazing place to stay

I could use only 1 word to describe all staff, hotel, facilities, location, food - AMAZING. I've never felt more welcomed than in Pullman hotel in Yangon. Hotel is great, but their staff is a real treasure!

Beautiful hotel in Best location/ heart of city

I could not have been happier here. Top-notch business hotel; well-appointed, quiet rooms, great service, great food and breakfast...perfect location: every one of the four different tour excursions I took had as their meeting place "Independence Monument" which is in the park directly across the street from hotel.

Great end to our trip.

Loved the Pullman. Fantastic beds and pillows. Great service and everything was beautiful. Stayed twice and enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant on level 2. Highly recommended.
