its not a 5 start hotel maintenance of the place is very bad very quite and empty needs more people to attract customers ac was tooo loud in the room

Excellent hotel. I like everything it has, especially its spacious lobby, inland lake. Did not have a chance to use breakfast

Nice staff, probably the best hotel in Yanbu, shower room was small, not much beach area if you expect that. For the rate charged even though the hotel is half empty I'd expect more.

Overall a very pleasant stay

Hotel was very nice. The hotel is in an industrial area but they do their best to give it a resort feel. Unfortunately there were a LOT of mosquitoes on the patio area so it wasn’t possible to sit outside in spite of very nice local weather. The service was excellent otherwise.
