The hotel staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The coin laundry was convenient for longer stays, and the onsen was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

That same evening, I had the pleasure of sitting and speaking with her during the movie screening. That simple act of connection, of shared conversation and kindness, was a highlight of my stay. "Amazing hotel and perfect location right in the city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable. My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as it had many options and variety. Staff were really friendly and helped me order a taxi to my next destination. Would definitely stay there again. "
