The villa was beautiful, offering an exceptional view of Mount Fuji. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making for a perfect stay.

Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming.
The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa.

This property is very good, there is item that you want and can see Fujisan from the property. I recommend this for anyone who want a good view and convenient

チェックインする際のタブレットが部屋に置いてなく、カスタマーサービスに電話をかけない限り不具合で設置されてなかったことが分からなかった。一言メモでも、メールでももらえたらよかった。カスタマーサービスの方の対応はとても良かったです。それ以外は満足でした。
