Thank you for your stay in our hotel. But we are so afraid that your impression might be not so good about the hospitality of our hotel ,especially the correspond of conversation in English. Staff service is very bad, i semi double bad room but my room looks a like for single to person . They didn’t provide towel etc for extra person .
On the name of continental breakfast they provide bread and jam.

Nice place, easy parking your car, quick in service. Overall this is a Good hotel in best location around Yamagata. Nevertheless, need face lift in order to adjust current condition.

Great bar right next door & the Lawson within the hotel building were the best parts of our stay. Bed was hard, edges of the room hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and staff didn’t seem to want to smile :(

とても良かったです。
私は外泊すると寝具が違うので眠れないのですが､それはいつもと同じでした。掛け物がもう少し厚ければと思いました。
