Great Hotel, very helpful staff and comfortable stay. We had to stay there for a long period of time as we get settled in Yalova. A big big thank you to Saja for being extremely helpful the entire time. She took care of all our needs, checked us in very punctually, ensured our 8 month baby was taken care of quickly. She not only helped us daily with any requests related to the hotel that we needed daily, but was also very helpful in helping us adjust to our new home in Yalova. Her exceptional customer service skills were a big reason of why we extended our stay for as long as we did at this hotel. Thank you again Saja.

Didn’t give us enough water, coffee. Our shampoo, liquid soap were empty, forgot to clean our room twice in one week
Cleaned half of the room. Didn’t speak a word of English. Finally they apologized and sent us a small fruit basket.

The hotel is next to a highway and a bit far from the market and shopping area. However, one side has a lush green hilly view and is in a peaceful location.
