Underwhelming and slightly dissapointing stay. When we arrived, we enquired about a room upgrade and were advised it would be €300 per person, per night for the room (which is outrageous). Very little options in the world cafe for breakfast and dinner, even less for vegetarians, even less again with the cross contamination that occurs. The spa area requires a pass to access, inwhich you need to pay for before you have any treatments, this was extremely disappointing as this was not advised prior to booking. On a positive note, the resort is very nice, a good selection of pools and sun loungers. The exterior of the property takes you to the sea and a short walk to a marina, that gives you access to shopping and a large number of resturants.
Wouldn't visit again.

Fabulous location within 10 min walk of restaurants and bars at the harbour. Has its own tennis and padel courts. Good evening entertainment and fabulous breakfast buffet. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The all inclusive package is excellent. It’s a true all inclusive, not just a selection of crap that nobody wants. It’s a real saver… I haven’t spent anything extra in two weeks and I’ve been fine dining most evenings.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accomodating.
I was hoping to experience a signature scent upon entering the property as i have experienced at other Secrets locations. There was none however.

Overall we had a lovely week staying at the Secrets Lanzarote Resort.
We award a 5* for the staff, especially Macarena, Head of Customer Experience, for her professionalism, approachability, and all round efforts to make our stay go well.
Any disappointment we felt was more around the island itself, which doesn't offer a great deal for the visitor who doesn't want to sit by the pool all day every day. But we were saved by having hired a car and we explored what little there is on the island.
Secrets is a 4 * hotel which is comfortable and welcoming and a relaxing place to be.
