I stayed almost 10 years ago and there are no changes in the hotel. I understand that the facilities need an upgrade, they are obsolete.
Very friendly staff.

During our stay we never had hot water. We complained and they said that it was because of the solar panels. It has been raining. I guess they don't have any backup sistem. Another problem was the wi-fi. It wasnt working either. I've been to many hotels. These was the worst. Housekeeping comes to your room on ly if you're staying more than 4 nights. We stayed for only 3. It wasn't a relaxing stay. I will never come back. I can't say it enough, it was the worst stay ever.

El cuarto que nos asignaron tenía un problema de filtración y las puertas que daban al exterior no cerraban apropiadamente. Al salir por la mañana y llegar en la noche el cuarto se había inundado de agua por las lluvias y las filtraciones. Adicional tenía un olor fuerte a humedad

LIMITED ROOM SERVICE, BATHROOM SMELL COMPLETELY TERRIBLE. LINEN ON MY BED WAS DIRTY.
