We travelled from Canada and had an excellent 3 day stay here after touring Vietnam.
Overall a wonderful experience! The rooms were new and spacious, pools were perfect, food choices were excellent and customer service was wonderful. Breakfast buffet (included) was a highlight of our day! Food/drink prices were more expensive than in other parts of Vietnam ( as others have noted) but still very reasonable compared to Canada.
One other thing to mention- this resort is a bit secluded (nowhere to go without a car except the golf course) but after touring Vietnam for 2 weeks we were more than happy to relax at the resort and there was lots to keep us occupied.
For transportation, we took a free shuttle from downtown Ho Chi Minh (contact hotel to arrange) and taxi back to the airport (1600000 vnd, approx 2.5 hrs).
Would definitely recommend this resort!

I have been to the grand several times, but this was perfect. Everything was at the highest level and the staff were amazing.
5th time visiting and the best so far.
