A very touristy hotel, but they handle the volume well.
Room service was non existent though specially advertised.
Tour director went out of her way to make my Li River cruise memorable. Consierge was helpful & had very good English.

Great location if you like food
Posted 21 May 2024 on HotelsGreat location. Makes up for the fact it is a little old. Very packed with several conferences when I was there so it was packed. Would stay again just for the location especially with the food street behind the hotel.

This is an excellent place to stay when you are in Guilin. We had a clean and large room with a view to both Pogodas. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommending this place.

The staff is great. The disaster is the pressure of the shower at 11floor i stayed in? Totally unacceptably.
