Posted 22 Oct 2019 on HotelsI was skeptical and booked only 1 night at 1st, though my stay in Taipei was for 4 nights. After seeing the place and experiencing 1 day, I continued for 4 days/nights in the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious. The lobby or entrance is very small, there is no english signboard. That's it....everything else was perfect for me. Looks like these people gave attention to things that a traveler most needs. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again. The qinging riverside park being 5 minutes walk away is a super bonus for a healthy natural walk morning to evening anytime. The hotel is on a street with numerous small eating places, at least two 7-11s, at least 1 family mart, a pharmacy, a very nice bakery, and just opposite the xiaobitan MRT station. For business in new taipei city, this place is perfect.

Cozy room and delicious breakfast! A bit far from downtown however the hotel is very near with MRT so it's convenient to get in town.

Very close to subway station with 3 minute walking distance. Friendly front desk and easy to check in.

Dear Sir:
About my stay in 9Hotel 2/20 – 2/22, I do have on complaint – 9Hotel wound not provide me an itemized billing upon check-out.
I checked out 9Hotel at 10:30 am on 2/22. My bill total is NT$4,320.01 and I paid online by credit card.
I asked the male staff for a detailed billing: showing the type of room I stayed in, price per night, how many nights that I stayed, taxes – if any, telephone phone charges – if any. Pretty much standard staffs.
The front desk clerk claimed that, since I booked the room through Hotels.com, paid the fee online to Hotels.com, therefore it is Hotels.com responsibility to provide me an itemized billing. The 9Hotels is not obligated to provide such billing.
I asked for a detailed billing for my protection. It is to prove that I checked out on time, paid the hotel fee in full to avoid bait-and-switch, or to sneak in other fees.
On 2/24 to 2/26 I stayed at Lees Boutique Hotel in Kaohsiung for 2 nights (confirmation number 8126090754241). I also booked the room through Hotels.com. Lees Boutique Hotel provided me with a detailed itemized billing upon my check-out.
I hope you can make 9Hotel management aware of their obligation to consumers.
