Pros: Reasonable price.
Cons: Install shower stall in the bathroom.
Location: Easy to find using Google Map. Local restaurants near by but you may need to be able to speak some Chinese in order to communicate.
Very helpful host and nice big room. Bed is comfortable and clean. The only problem is the out dated bathroom, with a shower head but no shower stall. So the water from the shower will get the bathroom all wet and it takes quite a while for everything to dry off. Ve

Very kind. Pretty close to beach. Have bicycle. A little bit cold(i was in the middle of winter)
