Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
here was no hotel
I did not received your email for confirmation. When I landed in Hangzhou airport I have called the hotel and a Chinese lady said (in CHinese) No hotel here. I took a taxi and get to the address. Once there I could not find the hotel. I have given up.
