Highly recommend. Very nice, as would expect at the Ritz. Large bathtub with TV great to relax. Huge shopping mall conveniently next door full of luxury brand stores.

Amazing service! The facility is definitely dated and could use updating/renovation, but very well kept still. Top 2 hotels I’ve stayed at in China so far.

A good hotel for a business trip. Functional rather than lavish, for a 5* hotel. Breakfast options good and wide-ranging.

Completely shocked that this was a Ritz Carlton properly. AC didn’t work properly and room was too hot to stay in. Bathroom was full of mold/mildew and place was dirty. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and both rooms had same issues. We requested to check out after 1st night.
