Amazing service! The facility is definitely dated and could use updating/renovation, but very well kept still. Top 2 hotels I’ve stayed at in China so far.

A good hotel for a business trip. Functional rather than lavish, for a 5* hotel. Breakfast options good and wide-ranging.

Completely shocked that this was a Ritz Carlton properly. AC didn’t work properly and room was too hot to stay in. Bathroom was full of mold/mildew and place was dirty. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and both rooms had same issues. We requested to check out after 1st night.

Just okay. Bland food. Spotty cleaning. Design flaws. But overall okay.
