"After an exhausting day of travel, we finally checked-in at about 3am. Unfortunately, the lift broke down while we are in the lift with our luggages. The service team did rescue us after about 30 minutes. We were lucky there were staff at 3am in the morning. The hotel lift needs urgent servicing.
