Pros: Design, beds & helpful staff...
Location: Great parks nearby, and within "a" business district, but not sure if it is "the" business district... Be prapared to get a 20 min bus to Xi'an centre
well designed contemporary hotel, asthetcally very nice.... Worth noting smoking rooms are still available in China, so make sure you book appropriately... Staff are lovely and very happy to help, but be aware not all speak English, again, very happy to help though, even if it does take a minute or two... Overall, very good...less than perfect for the infirm.. (Three floors of stairs)

Very nice contemporary hotel.

Staff were all very nice and even though language was sometimes a barrier, the staff did their best to translate. Rooms nice and clean, ours smelt of cigarette smoke,( we had requested non smoking rooms) but air freshener was produced as soon as I asked. Beds firm and comfortable, we had very quiet nights, no street noise. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of western and Asian choices, chefs to cook your eggs just the way you want! I would recommend this hotel to friends. One thing I would ask of the hotel is to provide a free tourist map of the city as there were none.

Good value for money. Comfortable stay except that there was no lift and my dad's 92 years old so it was though for him.
