Convenient location

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms with fresh linen.
Location: Yong Ding Men -- the ancient city wall, plus performances every night except Mondays. Subway Station-- Nan Shao Men Bravo supermarket downstairs
Good location walking distance to ancient city wall and subway station Nan Shao Men. Supermarket and eating places are right downstairs. Rooms are basic and musty smell? due to wet weather when we stayed there. Mark is friendly and welcoming, helped me out with transport and information of the city. Thank you!

Disappointed moved out to another hotel

Before we arrived i tried to contact the owner using the contact form on the apartments website but never received a reply. Managed to organise pick up from airport after contacting owner by email. We arrived at night and realised that would be impossible to find the place if not being picked up. Had booked a courtyard room but got one overlooking noisy street. Beds were uncomfortable and wall in bathroom where shower was exposing pipes. Hard to contact owner without wechat or whatsapp which i dont have, owner was not there. While the units have good facilities you do get what you pay for and i think the photoes oversold what you got no mention of wet bathroom. wifi didnt work either.Couldn't recommend to anyone unless on a budget.

Dear, thank you book and stay our apartment. but we do not agree with you some of words you said. First, we have many of room, some of room near the road and some room not near the road. if you want a quiet room,please tell us in advance. Second, you can use mail,wechat,whatsapp contract us anytime or go to our office at 10 floor. but we never see you or received any messages by mail,wechat,whatsapp. Our dream is customer is first. thanks.

good location, helpful and friendly host

Pros: location and nice hosts
Cons: shower
Location: we lived on top of a mall and supermarket, very convenient!!
Mark was very nice to us, send us local attraction and maps. When he learned that we have been having trouble with our smart phones, he spend hours to help us to fix it and make our lives much easier. We had a good time in Xi'An. The location is great and the place is clean. The only thing would be nice is the shower. It is the kind that get the whole bathroom wet.

Very good location

Pros: Walking distance to Drum & Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. There are also a lot of shops nearby and the subway is also close.
Cons: Cleanliness.

We initially booked a studio apartment but was given a two-bedroom apartment as an upgrade. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment and the facilities wasn't up to standard in various aspects. However, the owner was very accommodating and easily contactable. He arranged for someone to do our laundry when we weren't able to use the washing machine, and he also organized for someone to drop us off at the airport.

we had some bed sheets which contained stain on them. the room service didn't want to change for us. I asked her that what she would think if I wrote review about it, and it propelled her. when we checked in, the guy was not very friendly and had a sort of attitude which made me wonder if all people in xi an were like this.

Dear, We are make sure when the new customer check in, all the sheet and quilt is new and clean. if you have some problem, please go to our helpdesk at 10 floor, our housekeeper can not speak english, she can not understand what are you said, thanks.

We booked a transfer from the airport as we were landing around 24. The taxi never came. We were told to take our taxi as they forgot about us as this was booked 2 months ago. Our driver found the place but noone was waiting for us outside and there was no reception. He called the hotel and a few minutes later the guy in pjs came to take us to the apartment which was on 20th floor not 10th.

hello, First,actual you do not agree us pick up price, so we do not go to airport pick up you. Second, we do not konw what time you will arrival, so we do not wait for you at the outside,but we wait for you at our office until am 2 clock. Third, when your driver call us ,we go to downstair pick up you ASAP and take you go to the room at 20 floor, the room 3-1022 at 10 floor is our office. thanks you very much.

Overall Great location & comfortable!!

the location was great and Mr. Chen met US at our taxi. the stay overall was very good an living room was quite confortable. Cleaning wasn't the best (trash not emptied each day, extra toilet paper wasn't left, we had to ask for microwave to be cleaned, and bathroom toilet and floor wasn't cleaned each day). the place was in good condition and we were comfortable in the living room. we see the cleaning issues not a super huge problem for only four day stay. our bed was VERY hard so my husband and i didn't sleep too well. the bed was good but just too firm for US. we loved the location as it was easy to walk to Bell and Drum Tower, Wall, and Muslim Street. Very close to Starbucks, restaurants, mall, convenience stores, banks, and more!

The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to city wall. It is also closed by Metro Station.
