"Our best travel experience. The room is new with extra space in comparing with other China hotels. The staff are exceptionally helpful (buying train tickets in person for us). It is so conveniently located within 200 feet distance you can access to everything you need. We wish there is more hotel like this. The breakfast is fantastic and we all are over eaten at times. "Booked this over Hilton, Sofitel, and a few other big name 5 stars. It was comparable in price but so many negatives. Bad pool, bad restaurants, poor service. I was really surprised as I always thought Kempenski was at the top and I've always wanted to stay there. So far away from the city...about 30-40 min away from everything. Ended up eating dinner at Sofitel in the city and was blown away...and pretty sad we didn't stay there. I really have nothing good to say, it looked like a 3...
