Very far away from the city, so if you are going on tourism this is NOT the hotel to use. The hotel staff was nice, but didn´t have proper information about tourism in the area.

Hotel close to the shopping mall and cinema which make you convenience to purchase groceries or release stress by doing shopping. Due to security purpose, outside food wasn't allow to deliver to your room. Overall (Equipment, location, facilities, cleanliness) is satisfy, but one thing make me disappointed is the way they handle the parcel delivered to the hotel. I asked the reception about my parcel, the staff pointed to the corner of the stair case which is very dark and asked me to find for myself. I have to use my phone torch light to find for myself. That's a lot of parcel is left unattended over there. I'm quite surprise there was no security guard or concierge who will help you to find the parcel. People can take your parcel easily. All along I thought Hilton is the best hotel that I ever stay, I hope they can improve this matter in future.

Modem and comfortable
Posted 14 Nov 2018 on HotelsThis is a great hotel. Very clean, modern, and simple. The room had a nice work area with a good desk and chair. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

I need to learn to speak Mandarin, or stay at a hotel that speaks a bit more English. Had difficulty communicating simple requests. Other than that the Staff really tried to please.
