The food option is a great value for money. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. My stay was just too short but will definitely recommend

The Grand Hyatt was very clean, and our room was well appointed. Staff were responsive to our requests. Excellent selection at the breakfast buffet and the evening Happy Hour.

I upgraded to 1 BR suite and was disappointed that the AC wouldn’t work at all. Staff move us to another suite and was better. Frustraded that we had too pack twice in one day however staff was good about things.
Would stay again…

Terrible stay
Posted 10 Aug 2020 on HotelsThe AC was off in almost the entire building. It was about 95 degrees or more outside and they kept it off but didn’t tell you before arriving. Then they would turn it on when you arrived just in your room not main areas. So my room (a suite) had no AC and they tried to fix it twice. It was so bad that moved me to another room and the AC still took half the night to finally work. So I had a horrible sleep. They actually kept sending a repair man to the room which made it even more dreadful as who wants to stay in a hotel room with a maintenance guy in your room all night?! To advertise 5 star and charge full price for the suite, and then not have any of the amenities functioning (oh I forgot the one western restaurant was not open the day I checked in 😂 and also the concierge had no clue where any were... even though I found one directly across the street from walking) was shameful. They also had dirty windows so bad you couldn’t see out of them. I know times are tough but at least let people know and make concessions if you aren’t operating at full as advertised amenities and conveniences of your hotel.
