Todo estuvo excelente y el personal súper amable en especial César en la cocina y un muchacho alto en el lobby gracias!

Comfy Stay in Centro
Posted 24 May 2024 on HotelsHotel located in Centro near beautiful park and the city cathedral. Secure underground parking. Room was excellent. One of the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced in a long while. Hotel is located within a Plaza Building which offers a Movie theater and several restaurants.

I didn't like that the front desk woman made a Copy Of My US Passport when she asked me for an ID, she should have only see it but no to copy it, I make Holiday Inn responsible for the misuse of my US Passport; We got an ugly room with not view and I mentioned this to the front desk lady but they just didn't care. No Hotel in The US or Europe have ever made copies of my ID
