We have no record of pest issues during your stay, and our property is regularly inspected for cleanliness. There were no signs of roaches, as you mentioned. Our front desk would have been happy to inspect your room had you called to report any issues.

Had to drive around a bit to find our room. There were several buildings, no one told us we had to drive around back and then go into the end of the unit to get to hallway. Room was ok, comfortable bed, cramped bathroom. Ok breakfast.

Unusual property set up. Clerk could have explained the set up. I wasted time walking around trying to get in the room. Bugs in the bathroom.

Very good for the price, clean accommodations, hotel in good condition. Normally in Florida this hotel chain is horrible... but this unit is to be congratulated

Found two cockroaches in our bathroom when we arrived and turned on the lights. Not a good sight but we were tired from driving n just went to bed
