The room was very small with a small shower which for a man isn’t bad, but it just looks and feels worn. Space between the tiles. The bed was unacceptable as it was very worn out. I complained to the front desk. The front desk people were very professional but I feel that they are limited by what they can do.

The staff (3 different people) were excellent. They were knowledgeable and helped me work out a reservation problem Expedia would not help me with due to "internal rules". I recommend people deal with the hotel directly for reservations. Two downsides to the hotel....."breakfast" did not exist. Juice, oranges and packaged snack were a pitiful offer for "breakfast". Didn't even have coffee or bread for toast. The second issue, guests must have a smart phone to watch tv. The Roku system requires a smart phone and additional information to watch. No warning on that.
