only television that needs to be replaced by smart TV

I booked through a 3rd. party reservationist. After booking... I then, read over the reviews. Afterwards, I thought I had made a serious error by booking here. Based on the reviews I attempted to cancel but I didn't qualify for a refund. Reluctantly, I enter into the lobby. To my surprise it was well lit, clean, fresh smelling and inviting. After a quick check-in, I proceeded nervously to my suite (rm 410) and it too had the same effect as did the lobby. Although, the cloth chairs in my room could definately use a good steam cleaning my stay was very, very comfortable. In fact it was so comfortable that it was the knock on the door from the cleaning staff that awokened me. It's not a "FOUR STAR" hotel but, it's a very decent, safe, clean, and yes... comfortable place to stay. I have NO regrets and should I ever need to stay/rest in that area again, I'd most definitely book my stay there again @ this Comfort Inn. This hotel reviews are HORRIBLE. Which only proves... "Dont believe everything that you read". Btw: They also have a decent hot breakfast consisting of waffles, sausages, eggs, hot and cold cereals, muffins, juice, milk and etc. Dont take my word for it... Try it for yourself.

Property was average clean, staff was nice, for the price it was worth it. Free breakfast was basic but sufficient. I’d stay here again.

This hotel was filthy. When we arrived to our room it was obvious the carpets had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floor had not been mopped. There were random hairs all around the shower surround as well. The person we saw upstairs cleaning the room across the hall was just in the room with the door open but wasn’t cleaning. That was at least the fourth time we saw her in a 24 hour period and each time she was, scrolling social media, eating, or taking a personal call. That may be the cause of the state of the room but I would never venture to stay there again!

The hotel was in a good location for our needs. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. While parts of the hotel had undergone remodelling, parts still require freshening like the carpeting. Breakfast area supplied everything necessary for an adequate start for your day, was well taken care of and refreshed as was needed. We would stay here again when in the area.
