The only good point is its location which is exactly opposite to maastricht station. Rooms were ok. Being vegitarian, I did not like breakfast options. The worst part is the hotel did not allowed to change my check-out date as my travel plan got changed. I did inform them almost a month back but they still refused.

We have improved our assortment and during your stay Maastricht hosted an conference with a lot of Asian visitors. Esspecially for that occasion we have added grilled and steamed vegtables to our breakfast buffet. We serve a standard continental breakfast. If you missed any options, you could have asked our staff if they could prepare a vegatrian breakfast dish for you. Besides the warm vegatables we have fresh and sliced fruit on our breakfast buffet as well. You have made your reservation with Hotels.com/Expedia, we cannot change your reservation dates for you. Any and all cganges need to be made using your personal Hotels.com/Expedia enviroment. if free cancellation or amendments are possible the system would have made the changes. Nice location scross the street from central train station. Grocery store across the street.

I rate the service 2 due to the fact the information regarding our suite was not clear as what was and wasn't included. I had to paid an extra 20,5 each euros for breakfast which felt like so uncomfortable due to the amount of people in the dining area at one tome .

Lovely place with excellent facilities. Literally outside the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety

Poor mattress, small room where you can hardly walk. Small bed. Poor value for money.
