"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. "Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"

"The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel ."
