"The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit of over 1100 sq ft is an amazing value. The unit was very contemporary and very well maintained. It was like a small house with even a separate laundry room of good size. All appliances are top line and in good condition. My unit was a corner one, with lots of windows. You’ll have a great view since the hotel starts on the 40th floor of a 52 story building. "Very nice hotel at a very affordable rate. Then again I'm still searching for that hotel in China where at least at the reception they spoke a bit of a foreign language. The double Trees I've visited in China are otherwise a very solid choice."

"Top notch room, wifi worked, nice desk, upscale bathroom with both bath and shower, included rain forest nozzle. Staff is very friendly, usually greeting you with a smile and saying "Good morning," even when just walking by. No gift shop. Nice selection of sandwiches, sodas when going out for the day. Lucas, the concierge, was awesome. He knew I like Diet Coke and made sure I had one before leaving on a tour. The bar/cafe is iffy--for me. Live music, very loud, and hardly anyone in the cafe ......

"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info. The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...
