Hotel location is great , staffs are friendly but still have room to improve.

two issues : unique in China 1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes, 2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi. it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services. I have to change money to pay for local expenses.

Shangri-La Wuhan is located in the heart of Hankou, adjacent to the shopping mall of The MIXC, with a wealth of business and living resources. It is in the center of the entire metro network, about 1 minute away from Hongkong Road Metro Station, where three metro lines converge, and is conveniently located at the side of the hotel on GaoXiong Road where a number of specialty cafes are gathered, and the surrounding area within about 3 kilometers is home to the Wuguang Shopping Mall, K11, which provide convenient access to the city's business districts.
