Some rooms smell of smoking. Many of staff did not speak English.

The area is very noisy, as there is construction going on for building Subway. The workers work till midnight and start at 6AM

Flawed...
Posted 30 Oct 2018 on HotelsLovely hotel. Location great but huge amount of construction locally so actually getting to the hotel was very difficult. But two comments. Firstly the air conditioning in the room did not function at all and the heat was unbearable. Even set at <10 degrees C the room temperature was around 27...! Secondly the bar staff whilst very pleasant did don’t know how to make the simplest of drinks... a G&T arrived in separate glasses and the lemon arrived 10 minutes later on a plate! Training opportunity...
