Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us.
When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered.
All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel, in the heart of the old town. Fantastic breakfast available with an amazing choice of options. Perfect location to explore Wroclaw.

The location within the heart of the Old town is an excellent choice. The breakfast is truly great, with a great variety of food. I would stay there again.
