Staff spoke very good English. Hotel is modern, with a very good breakfast buffet.

A very tired and depressed building in an inconvenient location. Rooms inside are well done up but the hotel feels terribly dated with a very basic mock-up. We found the staff to be fairly cold, too.
We have stayed in the other Wrocław Novotel and found that one to be super. This one felt cold and lonely - unwelcoming. Sadly we won’t return!
