The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation but had a room. I was able to get that fixed in the am. Great bed and shower.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. There were no difficulties whatsoever.
This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in.

Highly recommend this property if you want quiet, clean, comfortable, and a decent restaurant right next door. Staff were all friendly and made our overnight stay a good one after a loooong day of driving. Breakfast choices were many, and well rounded for a nutritious meal. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the HI Express in Worthington, on our way home from the Mayo Clinic. HI Express, in my opinion, is always very consistent in their cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. Our room was clean & comfortable, & the staff was friendly. The breakfast is convenient for a quick bite to eat before you hit the road. We would definitely stay there again on our way to and from Mayo.

The staff (Collette) was great at welcoming us and getting us checked in! Room was decent but nothing special. No fan in the bathroom so it gets dripping wet from the steam. Ice machine was on the 3rd floor (we were on the 2nd floor). Pool area in enclosed and the air temp was like a sauna while the water was very cold. Family still very much enjoyed the pool and we were thankful it was open until 10pm. Breakfast was decent, no bacon, had to request items to be replenished, and very crowded. Great coffee / hot tea bar options.
