Delighful find

Was able to drop bags in before check in & our apartment was then ready...was greeted by the delightful cleaning lady...who also left milk in the fridge for us...the decor & furniture was too my liking & accomadation was clean & had a fab central location, would defo book again, thank you

Could have been great....

Good accommodation with plenty of room for 2 people. Good central position in Worcester city centre. Warm and clean. Arrangements for checking in could have been better. Followed the instructions but no one picked up phone and had to leave a number of messages before we finally got a call back therefore standing around for a while in the cold. Also accommodation advertised as free parking which was a key reason for choosing this accommodation.We were instructed to park in NCP, we could not access parking pass as were not given the code to box, texted contact number twice but never got an answer. Consequently had to pay over £13.00 to retrieve car. Very disappointing ... can this be remedied? A real shame. Also issues trying to connect to wifi.

Suite was beautiful, great decor and little touches made it homely. Check in service was flawless and staff member was really friendly. Will definitely be staying again.

Perfectly pleasant flat- not Boutique but more ‘home from home’. What let it down most was no reply to the 2 emails I sent ahead of my stay- one via Expedia and the other direct through the actual flats website. Also when we got there I phoned the number which I found on the flats’ website and it went to an answer machine with a message with a number said hurriedly for a mobile which was the ‘bookings number’. It took 10 minutes for them to call back. So where I stayed- the shower curtain needed replacing, one of the wardrobe doors looked like it had been melted, the TV in the lounge is too high on the walk to watch comfortably and the coffee machine kept leaking. Oh and the dead plant ie all leaves withered and brown in the lounge. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. Pluses were location, reasonably quiet, clean, felt safe. Ways it could have been improved- communication and booking in, would have been useful to have some contacts etc in the ‘welcome file’. Might be useful for the owners to try staying in for for a night and spot check the glitches. Seriously a few tweaks and this would earn the title ‘boutique’.

MrBowers had to cancel our room at the last miniut on Saturday morning due to electrical fault. He then booked us into another hotel over the road at the same price not worth what we had paid originally needed a massive update . Contacted owner promised me he would see about a part refund, after several attempts to contact owner he is now ignoring my calls. So all in all we have had a bad experience and would never go back. This man is definitely not a professional businessman. Hope this does not happen to anyone else spoilt the wedding we went to. Helen Dye

Nice rooms, Hard to find

Nice rooms, very spacious, very hard to find as they are not signed at all, not even on the entrance. Parking is in an NCP car park and we booked 3 room but got only 2 free spaces..

Disappointed

I dont think me and my partner are overly picky and if I was away with the lads we would have stayed. But we went in, looked around, and walked out and drove the hour back home. In places the suite looked lovely. In other you realised how tired it actually was. Opening or closing the broken blinds was a mission in itself, toilet cistern hanging off the wall, cob webs and spiders in the windows, the bed.... sitting on it alone I could feel my bum hit the the base. It may have 'once' been a lovely suite but not now that I was happy to stay in.
