"The cottage was dirty, the kitchen smelt of grease and all the pots where dirty. It smelt very fusty like it had been left unused for a long time. Beds where very uncomfortable, my wife described it as the worst nights sleep she has ever had. None of my kids could sleep either. Left after the first night and had to spend more money to stay somewhere. When I mentioned all this to the host they completely ignored me and stopped responding to my messages."

"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"Fabulous stay at Redmayne House, a gem in Bristol. I paid for parking at £10 a night which for Bristol is a very good rate, my car is a full EV and Redmayne offered electric car charging at no extra cost!! Absolutely fantastic! The bed was super comfy, the pillows were a joy like perfect sturdy marshmallows and the duvet was just the right mix of warm and snuggly. The best sleep I have had in a long time. "It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 "

"We had a very lovely stay here and were fortunate to stay in the old part with oval windows at the front of the hotel above the entrance. All very clean and service was excellent. The pillow was rather tall and hard, but otherwise the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Thank you so much "
