Room was not very clean -Wiskers in/on sink, hair on floor in bathroom, something black on floor by tub. Something yellow dripping down bathroom door and also on floor. Sink in bathroom had about 3/4 inch clearance- just barely enough room to put a toothbrush under. Hard to wash hands.- I didn't want to touch under the lip of sink based on the cleanliness issues seen. Bed was comfortable and had pillow choices. Breakfast was typical, The only issues I had was the room cleanliness.

Good stay in Woodward

I feel that the manager is burned out from dealing with prior difficult guests but overall I was pleased with my stay. The lobby and room was found to be in very nice condition and clean. The general property is also nice and quiet.

Awful smoke odor in non-smoking room, had to beg to change rooms. Manager claimed all rooms downstairs were smoking rooms and smoke seeped through the floor, my tough luck for using Expedia. He added that owner was trying to sell property and was not investing in it.
Second room had little odor.

Posted 31 Jul 2024 on HotelsCheck in was easy as i had done a pre-check in before arrival. The room was clean, ammenities were available. Microwave and refrigerator were available. Bed was comfortable.
