"It was Great . The ice machine on my floor needed upgrading. The container was full of water not draining properly . The ice scoop was under the water , very unsanitary. Need ice machines that dispense ice overhead. Also did not receive my free breakfast and the only shop tp purchase soft drinks was very limited. Breakfast Buffet Pricey, but the Rest including the staff was Excellent!"

"Great location, right on the river. Wonderful view from the balcony. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was hospitable. Ballet parking was about $40. On the downside bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. I slept in a dip. There was no charging station in the room, which is an easy fix for the hotel. Beautiful restaurant on the water, breakfast buffet was mediocre. Coffee was delicious and hot. I would stay here again, mainly because of the location and beautiful view from the balcony. "
