Was abruptly woken up by the fire alarm at 3am the 1st night staff had no explanation and didn't care .
There breakfast was terrible and tea and coffee tasted terrible as well as their juices.

Well to start no garbage can in bathroom ,no hairdryer, no fridge, no microwave… would HAVE to pay 10 bucks extra for those !!!! No night light by bed .. no decaf coffee downstairs..no coffee maker in room !!!! … toilet wouldn’t flush properly had to get plunger from desk .. I feel the price was too high for what I got .. one good thing bed was comfy.. but that’s it ! Would like a partial refund if possible..

We are sorry for the issues you had. The single rooms do not come with fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Those items come in our suites. If you request and we are not booked we will upgrade for you. Please request when making reservation. We make decaf coffee if any guest request us to. we will bring your other issues to the attention of Management. Please call us.
