Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsWhen the manager messaged asking how the stay was going and I explained the discomfort of the beds and that one squeaked with any movement she quickly offered to move us to another room. Issue was resolved and we appreciated the friendliness of all the staff

Stopped up tolit
Posted 22 Jul 2024 on HotelsOur room was clean, but our toilet stopped up, and we called the desk who brought us a plunger and told us after we used it to bring it back downstairs. Really, my husband did and the front desk clerk said just put it on the counter, that is disgusting. That is why they got a 3.

Easy and friendly check in service. Bed was comfy and room was spacious for us and our fur baby. Enough grass outside for her to do her business.
