The staff from check in, dining staff were excellent and very friendly and professional. The food was excellent and the wait staff friendly. Our room was okay, was very dusty, the sofa in the room had stains all over. We reported the condition to the front desk staff and they were very apologetic

Couldn’t get out of the parking lot. Staff was helpful and quick to remedy the issue, but certainly needs addressed at the property.

A lot of construction going on. Room had a strange odor. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Conveniently located near the airport.

The facilities were in disarray and the staff were inhospitable. It was a disappointing experience and I doubt I’d stay there again.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in while traveling. Our trip was for 4 days and the first we stayed in was infested with ants. Then when they moved us to another room there was hair in the bathroom sink, room smelled like mildew. But when I asked to speak to the manager about these things and more I was told she wasn’t available to speak to me and that I would need to send an email and that the way to communicate with her. I asked for a call back and compensation I still til this day have gotten and call back or refund from my stay. My stay was on August 23-27th……. THE WORST HOTEL TO STAY AT !!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend to a homeless person.
