This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!"

"Fantastic stay, host very communicative and check in instructions were perfect. Sofa bed was much more comfortable than expected and had 2 happy nights on it. We came to take the kids to Lapland UK which was just 15 minutes away, which made it especially helpful that the accommodation came with a free parking spot very close by."

"A very short walk from Terminal 5, transportation from this location such as a rental car, bus, and train is easy. You do not hear any of the planes, rooms are quiet. Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5, an IHG Hotel

"I stay here on a regular basis, approximately twice a month for business purposes. The hotel is extremely good value for money and has an excellent, very cheap shuttle service to all the Heathrow terminals. The free, self service buffet breakfast is very good. The rooms are modern, well equipped and always clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, solo travelers, couples or families. "
