We were waken at 4:30 am to alarms going off and water running from the hall into our room. We were forced to evacuate because our room flooded. It took a couple hours for them to get the water turned off and there was no going back to our flooded room. The staff was nice enough and apologetic but that didn't make up for the fact that we had to vacate because they had no room available there or at least we weren't offered a different room so we left dirty hungry and tired.

Property is clean, breakfast was awesome - full buffet, there is an amazing sitting area for both dining and hanging out (rustic/cabin feel), large fireplace. Staff is very friendly. They were doing some renovations in the room next door - during the day and later in the morning - just keep in mind, walls may be a little on the thin side? No one was above us or next to our room, so all we heard was the cleaning/renovations (nothing major at all, and again, appropriate hours). We'll definitely come here again, we did bring our dogs and they do have an area - with doggy bags - to take your puppies....please make sure to clean up afterwards so we can enjoy this accommodation for future visits.

It was good for the most part. The chair in the room had animal hairs on it which gave my son allergies. That was my only complaint. I know they allow animals there but they could do better clean up behind them.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Flagstaff. It is conveniently located close to the NAU campus. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is an added bonus. We also love the fireplace in the common room which adds a charm and welcoming atmosphere to the weary traveler.

The hotel is very nice. Only issue we had is with dogs barking in rooms adjacent to us. Barking woke us up at 4:30am so we left early. I wish they would put people with pets in an area away from other guests or inform guests before they put them next to rooms with pets. There was even a dog fight in the hallway.
