The wash room only had 1 working washer we had to go to a laundromat. Which was an inconvenience to us.
We have stayed at this property every year for 7 years. And have been pleased until this year.

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some misuse of the equipment, causing operational failures. We recently replaced 2 of our units with brand new units to ensure adequate facilities for our valued guests. We look forward to seeing you again.

Smelled like smoke in the room when I arrived but otherwise very nice

We agree, the hotel is in a great area near the city of Philadelphia, Deptford shopping mall and the Gloucester outlets. Plenty to do in the area and a short jaunt from the Jersey Shore.
