I booked an accessible room with a walk-in or roll in shower. At Check in I was told I’d be on the second floor and when I asked about one on the first floor, I was told they were all on the second floor. After getting all my luggage and things to the room I noticed the shower Was really more a tub and had a small lip about 8 inches. When I checked again with office I was told there was a Roll in or walk-in shower on the first floor. After driving all day, I didn’t appreciate that the confusion by the desk staff caused me to take all my luggage from the second floor back down to the first floor room. Other than that, the room was fine.

The rooms were nice Little things that need attention. Plug ins are loose or dont work, cobwebs need to be cleaned up in the rooms.
